Minecraft Color Codes is a cheatsheet and live preview for classic & and § formatting used in chat, signs, scoreboards, plugins, and many server configs.
Type text with ampersand codes such as &a for green or &l for bold, watch a colored preview update instantly, then convert between & and § and copy the result. Click any code in the sheet to insert it at the cursor so you do not need to memorize the hex-style letter map.
Use it when writing MOTD lines, kit names, hologram text, or plugin messages that still accept legacy color codes. The tool stays in your browser and does not upload your draft text.

FAQ
What is the difference between & and §?
They encode the same classic color map. Many plugins accept & in configs and convert to § internally. Chat and some files expect the section sign directly.
Will this work with MiniMessage or adventure components?
This tool targets legacy & / § codes. Modern MiniMessage tags are a different format.
Is my text uploaded?
No. Preview and conversion run in your browser.
Can I embed the tool?
